He holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School in the UK, and he studied the service profit chain at Omnicom University Babson College in Boston, Massachusetts USA. Phil has worked at SteamaCo for twelve months, where he supports business and customer growth strategies through optimised product performance, ease of product use, and commercial agreements. Before joining SteamaCo, he was on the executive board of a large outsourcing business for 15 years, where he was responsible for the strategic development of the company’s key customers.
