Engr. Harriette Amissah-Arthur is a Co-founder and Executive Partner of Arthur Energy Advisors (AEA), a leading energy consulting firm based in Accra and serving the West Africa Sub-region since 2001. AEA was set up to provide world class solutions that are adequately contextualised for optimum impact and continues to achieve that and more.

Harriette is a passionate entrepreneur, pragmatic engineer and astute troubleshooter. She has led several teams to provide solutions to public and private sector clients, attracting hundreds of millions of dollars of investments into the Sub-region.

With a career spanning over 35 years, Harriette has worked in various strategic and senior roles at the Volta River Authority, Ghana Grid Company and the Kumasi Institute of Technology, Energy and Environment, prior to becoming the Executive Partner of Arthur Energy Advisors.

Harriette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Finance.
